Mo Lovett Law founder Mary-Olga “Mo” Lovett, who has been in the forefront of intellectual property litigation for more than three decades, has been selected to the second annual Lawdragon 500 Global IP Lawyers guide.

Lawdragon says its honored lawyers are those “protecting innovation, defending brand integrity and leveraging the assets at the heart of their clients’ businesses” during what it describes as a “hot year in IP.”

Recognized for excellence in IP litigation, patent, trade secret and infringement law, Ms. Lovett has represented domestic and international clients before state and federal courts of appeal throughout her career.

A senior life fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA,) she has successfully tried more than 50 cases with more than $100 billion at stake and appeared in more than 20 jurisdictions nationwide to-date.

Consistently honored for her IP work, Ms. Lovett was also named to last year’s inaugural Lawdragon Global IP Lawyers list. Additionally, she has been recognized by Texas Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, Managing IP Magazine and Legal 500.
